What are the steps to register as a Coach?

It is recommended to watch the video: How to register as a Coach, where the process is explained step by step.

How does the Challenge work?

Why the system say that ID Herbalife is not authorized to enter the challenge?

This message appears due to one (1) of the following causes:
* You do not belong to the lineage of any of the MyHBL Presidents sponsoring the challenge.
* If your position is below supervisor it may be that you Immediate supervisor has not yet registered for the challenge, so you should contact him and ask him.
* You recently registered as a distributor, so you still do not see yourself reflected in the lineage of the MyHBL Presidents sponsoring the challenge, normally the time between registering as a distributor and appearing in the report is 5 days.

What to do if the system does not allow a new distributor to register as a coach?

Remember a new distributor can take between 7 and 10 days to appear in our report. The system uses this report for validation, so until it appears in it, you cannot register in myhbl and therefore in the challenge as a coach. In that case, that distributor must sign in their challengers with their upline supervisor's coach code. When we pay as supervisors for our challenge registration, allows us to sign in our direct challengers and all challengers from our personal volume.

What can I do if I do not receive the confirmation email?

If the confirmation email does not arrive, it is recommended to complete the registration process with another personal email account. Sometimes Hotmail emails can present problems, so it is suggested to use a Gmail email. Remember that the confirmation email can stay in SPAM. Check out there too. If none of the above works for you, please try registering later.

Once I received the Confirmation email, what should I do?

You must press the Confirm Email button, and the link will take you to the registration page of the Coach, where you must complete the requested information and continue with the process.

Which are the payment methods to register into the challenge?

The payment options depend on the country where the challenge takes place, these can be: Paypal, Zelle and Bank deposits (Local banks depending on where the challenge takes place). If you pay by Paypal, keep in mind that you must add the amount of the commission so that the exact amount of the challenge registration is canceled. If you pay by Zelle or Bank consignment you must report the payment through the page. The confirmation of the same can take up to 48 hours.

What should I do if I do not pay the full cost of the registration?

If you canceled an amount less than the cost of registration, you must complete the payment and send the capture to the support email, once the payment is confirmed, the Coach code will be sent to you.
Keep in mind that the transformation challenge staff is international, so registration is set in dollars. If you make the payment in the local currency of your country, keep in mind that you must make the conversion to dollars, according to the rate of the day, so the value of the registration may vary from one challenge to another. It is recommended to go to the page first, register as a coach, verify the amount to be paid in local currency and then make the payment deposit.
Another aspect to consider is that if you pay through Paypal you must include the commission. If the payment does not include the commission, the registration will not be approved.

Can I pay my registration from someone else account?

Yes, you can make the payment from someone else account. Depending on the country where the challenge is made, if you cancel by bank deposit or by Zelle from a third party, the important thing is that when you report your payment, put the name of the account holder from where the payment was made and the document of identity of the owner plus your data.

How much does it cost to register as a coach in the challenge?

The value is 30 dollars. In Colombia it is paid in Colombian pesos, this value is confirmed in the page tumejorversion21dias.com at the time of your registration as a coach. It may vary according to the fluctuations of the peso-dollar relation.

Who must pay coach registration fees?

Supervisors only. When they pay their coach registration fee, they have the right to register all the challengers of their personal volume. This means that they can enroll their direct challengers and those of their distributors.

I am a distributor and my supervisor paid for the registration as a coach. That gives me the right to be a coach and participate in the main challenge. Could my supervisor (coach) register me as a challenger?

Yes, in that case the distributor can be a coach in the main challenge and have challengers, as long as the supervisor is enrolled as a coach, additionally the upward supervisor (coach) can enroll the distributor as a challenger of the main challenge.

What if a distributor wants to be a coach and his Supervisor did not sign up?

In this case, if the distributor wants to be a coach, he must pay for his registration in the challenge. The suggestion is to first contact the supervisor to confirm that him will not be enrolled as a coach. If his supervisor then enrolls, the money will not be refunded.

How to register as a Coach

Coach Code

I have already paid for my registration, now what else should I do to get the Coach code?

You must enter as a Coach on the Challenge page, mark the checkbox and press the Pay my Registration button, on the next screen press the Report Payment button, now complete the Payment information, remember to attach your payment capture and wait to receive your code, this process can take up to 48 hours. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive the Coach Code and that code, you can share it with your distributors so that they also register as coaches and so on, everyone can register challengers. You can also enter the Coach registration option on the challenge page, enter your Herbalife ID and press the Verify ID button, if your payment has already been processed, a message will appear indicating that you are active in the challenge and it will be provided to you your Coach Code.

I signed up as a coach and I have already sent my proof of payment but I still have not received a response or confirmation code

If you paid by Paypal, once the payment is approved you will immediately receive your code as a coach. If you pay for Zelle or Bank consignment you must report the payment through the challenge page. The confirmation of the same can take up to 48 hours. You can also enter the option to register as a Coach on the challenge page, enter your Herbalife ID and press the Verify ID button, if your payment has already been processed, a message will appear indicating that you are active in the challenge and you will be provided your Coach Code.
In case you did not receive the Coach code, enter into MyHBL platform, and look the option Challenge in the menu, and there you will see your Coach code and the information of the challenge.

I lost my code or the coach code did not arrive, what should I do?

In that case, you can contact the challenge support team requesting that they send you your Coach code. You need to provide your Herbalife ID. You can also enter the option to register as a Coach on the challenge page, enter your Herbalife ID and press the Verify ID button, if your payment has already been processed, a message will appear indicating that you are active in the challenge and it will be provided to you your Coach Code.
Another way is enter into MyHBL.com platform and look for the Challenge option in the menu, and there you will see your Coach code and the challenge information.
